Shivchem Agro Limited is an India-based agrochemical company incorporated in 2021 as a private limited entity and converted into a public limited company on November 19, 2024. The company manufactures, stocks, exhibits, distributes and sells agricultural formulations aimed at supporting farmers and improving crop output.
Its product portfolio includes insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, rodenticides and fertilizers. The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Jhajjar, Haryana. Its licensed manufacturing portfolio expanded from 35 agrochemical products in financial year 2022-23 to 232 in 2023-24 and 258 in 2024-25, indicating a significant increase in product coverage.
The facility is equipped with an Effluent Treatment Plant to manage wastewater and a Wet Scrubber Unit to control air emissions and remove pollutants. Shivchem Agro has obtained Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.
The company is planning an Initial Public Offer comprising a fresh issue of 23,80,800 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each.
