Sheela Foam has strategically expanded through mergers of similar business lines within its subsidiaries and associates. It launched an IPO in December 2016, enhancing its market presence. The company has diversified its offerings with economy and mid-level mattress models and partnerships like the 'Anmol Bandhan Scheme' for furniture foam sales. In 2019, it acquired Interplasp S.L. in Spain, broadening its European footprint, and in FY21, initiated a new plant in India under its subsidiary International Comfort Technologies. In 2022-23, it issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio.
