Sham Foam Limited was incorporated in Haryana on June 26, 2020 as “Sham Foam Private Limited.” Following shareholder approval at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on August 10, 2024, it was converted into a public company and renamed “Sham Foam Limited,” with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 20, 2024.
The company manufactures, distributes, markets, and sells polyurethane (PU) foam, mattresses, and allied home comfort products targeted at Indian consumers. It also produces industrial-grade PU foam supplied for use across a wide range of industries in India. Its installed foam production capacity in India is 15,000 TPA.
Its foam-based product portfolio includes mattresses, pillows, furniture cushions, cushions, and PU foam cores used to manufacture finished home comfort products. The company also focuses on customized PU foam and mattress solutions tailored to customer requirements. Mattresses are marketed under the Featherfresh and Restivia ranges, including offerings that combine spring and rebounded foam. Pillows and cushions use PU foam upholstery material in different densities aimed at comfort and durability.
Sham Foam has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans to issue 31,25,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
