Satia Industries Limited, established in November 1980, primarily operates in the manufacturing of writing and printing paper. Starting with a single paper machine in 1984, the company has progressively increased its production capacity, notably installing a third paper machine in 1998 and significantly enhancing its power generation capabilities with a 23.30 MW capacity by 2011-12.

In 2022, Satia Industries commenced production from its fourth paper machine, increasing its total installed capacity to 205,000 MT by FY 2023.
