SMR, founded in 1978 and ISO 9002 certified, specializes in performance enhancement workshops and executive coaching, having trained over 20,000 individuals across 26 countries.
In April 2001, Sanmit Infra Ltd launched a public issue to raise funds for the acquisition of SMR, the establishment of a software development facility, and the expansion of its operations in Madras, Gurgaon, the USA, and Kuala Lumpur. This strategic move aims to bolster its capabilities in e-commerce and business-to-business solutions, leveraging SMR's expertise and international presence.
