Salasar Techno Engineering Limited, originally incorporated as Salasar Petrochemicals Private Limited in 2001, is a public company engaged in manufacturing and selling galvanized steel structures, including telecom and transmission towers, and solar panels. The company is headquartered in Uttar Pradesh, India, with three manufacturing units in Hapur District. It operates in two main segments: Steel Structure and Engineering Procurement & Construction.
The company expanded its operations in 2007 and 2008 by setting up manufacturing units and further increased its capacity in 2010 with land acquisitions. Salasar Stainless Limited, a subsidiary, was incorporated in 2011, and in 2017, Salasar Techno expanded with the amalgamation of Ganges Concast Industries Limited and a public equity issue. The company has diversified into transmission line projects and infrastructure, such as roads and railway over bridges, since 2018. Salasar Techno merged with Salasar Stainless Limited in 2019, marking a significant consolidation of its operations.
