About Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited, established on July 21, 1973, specializes in manufacturing chemical intermediates, heavy organic chemicals, and performance chemicals. The company, with technical expertise from Biazzi, Switzerland, has a 500 tpa manufacturing facility for meta amino phenol (MAP). It went public in August 1993 to fund its diversification into MAP production and has since expanded into downstream products like metanilic acid and sodium meta nitrobenzene sulphonate.
The company boasts a robust international market presence in the UK, US, Europe, Japan, Korea, and South-East Asia, with exports accounting for over 76% of sales. Awarded the 'Golden Export House' status by India's Ministry of Commerce, Sadhana Nitro Chem also holds an ISO-9002 certification for quality standards. In 1998, it acquired Anuchem BVBA, Belgium, as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company has made strategic adaptations, including converting one of its boilers to a bagasse-based system in 2010.
