Saatvik has executed prominent installations such as a 12 MW project for Jindal Steel and Power Limited, a 16 MW ground-mounted solar project for Dalmia Bharat Green Vision Limited, and an 8.08 MW project for Dalmia Cement in Karnataka. The company plans to raise Rs 1150 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), consisting of Rs 850 crore in fresh equity shares and Rs 300 crore in offer-for-sale equity shares.
