About Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Ltd **Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Limited (RDGAI)** was originally incorporated as a private entity in April 1998 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, under the Companies Act, 1956. Later, the company transitioned to a public limited company in June 2024. RDGAI operates within the agricultural sector, primarily focusing on selling and processing raw agricultural produce and trading processed products, including wheat, mustard, coriander, maize, flax seeds, and soyabean. Additionally, it deals with mustard oil, soybean oil, and mustard de-oiled cakes, catering to both retail and bulk markets through a network of 118 distributors and dealers.
The company’s key infrastructure includes three owned warehouses with a total capacity of 20,000 MT and a processing unit in Rajasthan with a storage capacity of 3,500 MT. Its processing facility, launched in 2015 at Kota, specializes in grading, sorting, and packaging raw wheat into processed wheat for consumer markets. The company also markets lower-quality processed wheat in bulk. RDGAI sources its agricultural commodities through extensive procurement networks from farmers across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
In line with its growth trajectory, the company is planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 25,00,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10. This IPO marks an important milestone, aiming to strengthen its capital base and further expand its operational capabilities. RDGAI's strategic focus on both raw and processed agricultural goods, coupled with its robust supply chain and distribution network, positions it as a significant player in the Indian agribusiness market.
