RTS Power Corporation Limited, established in 1947 and originally known as Bhanwarlal Bhutoria Ltd, is a prominent manufacturer in the power sector, specializing in power and distribution transformers, cables, and wind power generation. The company went public in 1984, and its key production facilities are located in Jaipur, Agra, Jetpura, and Bahadurgarh, with a manufacturing capacity of transformers up to 1600 kVA. In 1995, RTS Power diversified into high-rated power transformers and expanded its capacity for transformers up to 50,000 kVA.
The company has continuously modernized its facilities, including a backward integration program and the installation of a transformer oil filtration unit. It also ventured into renewable energy by establishing a 1.25 MW wind power plant in Maharashtra. RTS Power expanded its product line to include dry type transformers and wound core type single-phase transformers, and in 2019, it formed a subsidiary, Reengus Wires Private Limited, for galvanized steel wire production.
