RR Metalmakers India Ltd, previously Shree Surgovind Tradelink Ltd, is a public company established in October 1995, operating primarily in the steel and iron ore trading sectors. The company has a manufacturing plant in Sabarkantha, Gujarat, where it produces steel and related products, including high-quality color coated sheets through a 0.4 MTPA facility. These pre-painted galvanized sheets (PPGI) are utilized in construction, white goods, and automotive industries, contributing both aesthetic appeal and strength.
To maintain product quality, RR Metalmakers sources raw materials from Tata Steel. The company is focused on optimizing production capacity at its Sabarkatha and Talod plants. In 2018-19, RR Metalmakers expanded by acquiring a unit with a capacity of 1000 metric tonnes per month in Sabarkantha, and in 2022, it began manufacturing ERW pipes and profile sheets at the same location. This expansion positions the company to better serve prestigious global projects.
