Robokidz Eduventures Limited was incorporated on December 23, 2014 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 in Maharashtra, and was subsequently converted into a public limited company, receiving a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2026.
The company provides integrated solutions that enable educational institutions to implement robotics and artificial intelligence-based learning programs through a single service provider. Its offerings include laboratory setup, curriculum design, training modules and academic support services, covering the full project lifecycle from requirement assessment and infrastructure setup to content delivery, teacher training, and ongoing academic and technical support.
In addition, Robokidz offers subscription-based robotics, AI, coding and STEM learning programs via the Young Engineers Garage (YEG) model, which includes structured learning content, hands-on project kits and digital resources. It also delivers manpower deployment, robotics and STEM workshops, boot camps, summer camps and other technology-based skill development programs, primarily serving schools and educational institutions through lab setup projects, subscriptions, and related services.
The company entered the direct-to-consumer education segment in 2025 with its first Young Engineers Academy centre in Mundhwa, Pune, and expanded with centres in Malad (Mumbai) and Baner (Pune) in FY26. Robokidz Retails Private Limited became its wholly owned subsidiary in 2025. The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning an IPO of 30,50,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10) through a fresh issue.
