About Rhetan TMT Ltd Rhetan TMT Limited, originally incorporated as Shivani Rolling Mills Private Limited in 1984, operates a steel rolling mill with an installed capacity of 30,000 MTPA in Mehsana, Gujarat. The company, promoted by Mr. Shalin Shah, has undergone several name changes and became a public limited company in January 2022. Specializing in the production of IS 1786: 2008 certified TMT and Round Bars, Rhetan TMT serves the construction industry, contributing to significant infrastructure projects such as dams, bridges, and residential and commercial buildings in Gujarat.
The company faced financial difficulties leading to a plant closure in 2001. However, it resumed operations in 2019 after securing necessary power connections and modernizing its facilities. As of now, Rhetan TMT Limited is equipped with advanced technology, ensuring the production of high-quality steel products, and is steadily operating in the steel manufacturing sector.
