Relicab Cable Manufacturing Limited, originally established as a private entity in 2009 in Goa, transitioned to a public limited company in 2015. The company evolved from the business operations of M/s. Relicab Cable Corporation, which had been active since 1999. As a manufacturer, Relicab specializes in producing PVC compounds, wires, and cables, catering primarily to industrial sectors, including telecom, electrical, automotive, household appliances, and emerging fields like wind energy.
The company's manufacturing facility in Daman boasts an annual production capacity of approximately 7,510 kilometers of wires and cables and 1,500 tons of PVC compounds. Relicab's integrated approach includes an in-house PVC Compound manufacturing unit, which supports its cable production and supplies external markets. The company offers a diverse range of PVC compounds, including cable, shoe, and fencing types, and has consistently expanded its manufacturing capabilities. In March 2016, Relicab raised Rs 3.21 Crores through a public issue of 1,608,000 equity shares.
