Reliable Ventures India Limited, originally established as Lakeland Hotel Limited in 1992, is a Bhopal-based company in the hospitality sector. Initially, the company launched a public issue in 1996 to fund a 60-room, 5-star Heritage Hotel project in Bhopal. The hotel commenced partial operations in April 1998. In 2007, the company rebranded to Reliable Ventures India Limited.
The company has diversified its offerings by adding offsite food and beverage outlets, including a bakery named Wonder Bread and a natural food café, The Spot, located in Reliable Nature Bazaar. By 2012-13, 57 rooms of the hotel were operational. In recent years, Noor-Us-Sabah Palace has become a favored destination for affluent travelers visiting Bhopal. Reliable Ventures continues to expand with two Wonder Bread outlets providing affordable bakery products.
