Initially a private marketing agency for products like Hawaii Slippers and PVC Footwear, it transitioned to a public limited company in 1993. With a robust Pan-India distribution network and 387 exclusive brand outlets, Relaxo is known for brands such as Relaxo, Sparx, Flite, and Bahamas. The company operates eight state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand, producing slippers, sandals, and sports & casual shoes.
Over the years, Relaxo has expanded its production capabilities, particularly with the significant expansion of its Bahadurgarh plant and the launch of India's largest Hawai manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi. The company has also strategically enhanced its retail presence and supply chain, adopting advanced technology and launching an online shopping app. In FY 2019, Relaxo expanded its footprint with a new plant in Rajasthan and consolidated its operations through mergers, further strengthening its market position.
