Initially part of Mirza International, Redtape underwent restructuring through a Composite Scheme of Arrangement, leading to the amalgamation of RTS Fashions Private Limited with Mirza International and the demerger of Redtape's branded business from Mirza.
This restructuring, effective February 25, 2023, resulted in Redtape becoming an independent entity. Mirza's shareholders received Redtape shares on a 1:1 basis, and Redtape Limited's equity shares were subsequently listed on August 11, 2023. This strategic move allows Redtape to focus on expanding its branded business operations, leveraging its expertise in the leather and apparel industry.
