Rays of Belief Limited was incorporated on August 23, 2017 as “Rays of Belief Private Limited” and converted into a public limited company, changing its name to “Rays of Belief Limited” on November 25, 2024. The company operates in the behavioural health domain, focusing on children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDDs) by addressing barriers such as lack of awareness, limited access, inadequate quality of care, and affordability, and by enabling parents and families to act as co-therapists in a child’s development.
It began operations with its first centre in Gurgaon in 2018 and scaled from 71 centres in FY 2023 to 136 centres as of September 30, 2025. Based on the number of centres, it positions itself as India’s largest for-profit social enterprise providing intervention plans for children with NDDs. Since 2018, it has served more than 56,500 children.
The company’s services primarily target children aged 18 months to 12 years, with specialized programs for older children up to 15 years focused on vocational and life skills. Its centres offer multidisciplinary services including early intervention, parental guidance, occupational therapy, language therapy, and family support programs. They are equipped with 150+ teaching tools and provide home-based learning kits with 2,000+ teaching tools, supported by structured follow-ups and monitoring.
In FY 2023-24, the company launched 20 new Early Intervention Centres (EICs). It has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI and plans a fresh issue of 6,000,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10 each).
