About Rama Steel Tubes Ltd Rama Steel Tubes Limited, established in 1974 in New Delhi, specializes in manufacturing steel pipes, tubes, and related products with applications across various industries such as automobiles, infrastructure, real estate, and furniture. The company operates two main manufacturing facilities in Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh, and Khopoli, Maharashtra, with a total installed capacity of 264,000 metric tonnes per annum. Their key products include galvanized tubes, ERW black steel pipes, scaffolding pipes, structural steel products, and hollow sections.
In recent years, Rama Steel Tubes has expanded significantly, doubling their capacity at the Khopoli plant in 2016 and establishing operations in Southern India in 2017-18. The company has also invested in renewable energy, commissioning a 750 KW solar power plant at its Khopoli facility. Internationally, they have a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE, focusing on trading building materials. Strategic acquisitions include a 100% stake in Lepakshi Tubes, 51% in Ashoka Infrasteel, and 50% in Hagar Mega Mart Pvt. Ltd.
