RPL's strategic moves include the merger of its subsidiary, Krishi Rasayan, and the introduction of new products like Boronated and Zincated SSP, and Phospho Gypsum. The company has focused on capacity enhancements, including commissioning a new acid plant and a green energy solar power plant.
