Rajputana Industries Limited, originally established as a private entity in 2011, transitioned to a public company in 2023. Based in Jaipur, the company specializes in manufacturing non-ferrous metal products, primarily utilizing recycled copper, aluminum, brass, and various alloys. Rajputana Industries sources scrap metal from open markets, converting it into billets in their manufacturing facility in Sikar, Rajasthan. These billets are either sold to other manufacturers or utilized to produce diverse products such as copper rods, aluminum rods, and brass wires, tailored to customer specifications and market demand.
Managed by promoters Mrs. Shivani Sheikh and Mr. Sheikh Naseem, the company has expanded its portfolio over the years, introducing products like super enameled copper and aluminum conductors. It plans to further enhance its capabilities with a cable plant installation in 2024. Rajputana Industries is now launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 6,885,000 equity shares to fuel its growth and expansion plans.
