Quintegra has strategically grown through acquisitions, including the UK business of Silverline Technologies and TranSys Technologies in 2003, and ValleyUS Inc. in 2006-07, enhancing its capabilities in software development and consulting. Additionally, it acquired PA Corporation Inc. in 2007-08, expanding its presence in the US IT consulting market, and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Quintegra Solutions Ireland Limited, to support its international operations.
