Quanto Agroworld Limited was incorporated on March 22, 2018 as “Quanto Agroworld Private Limited” and later converted into a public limited company, changing its name to “Quanto Agroworld Limited.” A fresh certificate of incorporation upon conversion was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on September 7, 2023.
Established to operate in farming and agriculture, the company focuses on cultivating lemongrass and extracting essential oil from lemongrass. It is ISO 9001:2015, Kosher, Halal, and FSSAI certified. Lemongrass essential oil is used across multiple end markets, including pharmaceutical, home and personal care, food and beverage, and aromatherapy industries.
The company supplies its essential oil on a B2B basis to manufacturers serving these industries. Its manufacturing facility is located at Village Pimparde, Nandurbar District, Maharashtra on 1.39 acres (approx. 5,625 sq. m), along with an agricultural land parcel at Plot No. 27, Gut No. 654, Mangrul, Amalner, Jalgaon, Maharashtra of around 1,930 sq. m. The installed capacity is 15 metric tons of essential oils, produced via steam distillation.
Farming operations are spread over 600+ acres, and the company is in the process of increasing farming and processing capacity to meet customer demand. It is also planning an initial public offer of up to 50,00,000 equity shares as a fresh issue.
