The name transitioned to "Prime Cable Industries Private Limited" in February 2019 and, subsequently, converted into a public company as "Prime Cable Industries Limited" in December 2024.

Prime Cable Industries has been led by experienced promoters—Purshotam Singla and Vijay Lakshmi Singla—and later joined by their sons, Naman Singla and Nikunj Singla. Recently, Shreya Jhalani Singla contributed to the company’s expansion strategy as a non-executive director. The company is seeking to raise capital through an equity offering valued at Rs. 40.10 Crore, consisting of Rs. 35.10 Crore via fresh issuance and Rs. 5 Crore through an offer for sale. This move is aligned with its continued expansion plans and operational scalability efforts.
