Precision Metaliks underwent several structural changes, transforming from a public to a private entity and back to public, culminating in a public issue in January 2022, raising Rs 21.93 Crores. Promoted by Abhishek Business Private Limited and Jayanthi Roja Ramani, the company aims to leverage its custom solutions and technological capabilities to expand its market presence.
