Pooja Logistics Limited was incorporated on December 09, 2011 as a private limited company with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana, and was converted into a public limited company effective November 18, 2024. The company has operated since 2011 in temperature-controlled logistics, focusing on the transportation of perishable goods across India using refrigerated trucks.
It serves customers across confectionery, dairy, quick-service restaurants (QSR), and e-commerce industries. Operations are supported by a fleet of more than 357 GPS-enabled refrigerated vehicles, enabling direct oversight of transportation activities.
The fleet includes single-compartment and multi-compartment reefers with load capacities of roughly 5 to 20 tonnes, designed to handle frozen (-18°C to -10°C) and chilled (0°C to +4°C) temperature ranges. Vehicles feature insulated doors with inner and outer seals, secure locking mechanisms for temperature stability, and grated container floors to support airflow circulation.
The company started with six vehicles at one location and scaled to over 100 vehicles across multiple locations by 2013–14, adding around 40 more in 2015. The fleet reached 125 vehicles over a two-year period by 2022, and the company expanded operations to Hyderabad and Chennai in 2023 through eco-friendly logistics solutions. It is planning a fresh issue IPO of 38,46,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
