Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd., established in November 1986, is an Indian company specializing in the manufacturing of laundry soap, detergent powder, and cake, primarily operating in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. The company transitioned to a public limited entity in 1989 and was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In 2011, Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. underwent a significant restructuring, merging the soap manufacturing and marketing operations of its parent company, Pee Cee Soap and Chemicals Pvt Ltd, including the Doctor's Brand, into its operations. Concurrently, the real estate business of the parent company was demerged into separate entities, namely Shree Riddhi Siddhi Realtech Private Limited, Maya Infracon Private Limited, and M2 Reality Private Limited, following a court-approved Scheme of Arrangement. This strategic move enabled Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. to focus exclusively on its core business of soap and detergent manufacturing.
