Pankaj Polymers Limited (PPL) is a prominent Indian manufacturer specializing in polymer-based products, including HDPE/PP woven sacks, PP disposable containers, and injection moulded plastic articles. Established in 1992, the company began production in 1994 and was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange a year later. PPL is recognized for employing skilled professionals and utilizing advanced technology, such as PLC-controlled injection moulding machines imported from Taiwan, to produce high-quality plastic products.
In 2010-11, PPL expanded its operations with a new unit in Nagpur dedicated to plastic injection moulded articles and subsequently increased its output and marketing of PET bottles. A significant structural change occurred in 2010-11, with the demerger of its PP Disposable/Sheets Division into Pankaj Polypack Limited, effective February 2012. As part of this demerger, shareholders received new shares in Pankaj Polypack, enhancing value distribution and focus across both entities. Founded 1992
