About Oriana Power Ltd Oriana Power Ltd, established in 2013, is a public company based in Delhi, specializing in solar energy solutions for industrial and commercial sectors. The company offers low-carbon energy options through on-site solar projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems, and offsite solar farms. Oriana's operations are divided into two primary models: Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO).
Under the CAPEX model, Oriana provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operation services, with the customer covering the capital investment. Oriana has delivered over 100 MWp capacity projects in India and Kenya since 2017. The RESCO model operates through 17 subsidiaries and follows a BOOT (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) approach, where Oriana handles the investment and maintenance, selling power via long-term agreements. Oriana currently manages a diverse portfolio exceeding 35 MWp across India and continues to expand internationally in Kenya.
