Ontic Finserve Ltd., formerly Maral Finance Limited, was established in 1995 by Mr. Rajanikant Mohanlal Shah, Mr. Vinaykant Mohanlal Shah, and Mr. Shetal R Shah. Initially founded for financial advisory, the company is presently engaged in investment and finance-related services. Ontic Finserve aims to broaden its operations to include fund-based and non-fund-based activities such as securities trading, leasing, hire purchase financing, bill discounting, and corporate advisory services, among others.
Though the company has not yet initiated full-scale operations, it has invested over Rs 300 lakhs in securities trading and spot financing. Ontic Finserve launched a public issue of 54,00,000 equity shares in March 1996. The company is focused on expanding its footprint in the financial services sector, offering a range of investment and advisory services to its clients.
