Oneindig Technologies Limited (formerly Oneindig Technologies Private Limited) was incorporated on November 2, 2016 and converted from a private limited company to a public limited company on June 29, 2024, when it was renamed to Oneindig Technologies Limited.
The company operates in the solar energy sector, providing Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning (EPC) services for complete turnkey solar power solutions, along with associated Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. It undertakes a range of solar projects including residential rooftop, commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop, ground-mounted installations, and solar water pumps for both private clients and government entities. It also participates as an Independent Power Producer via Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
In addition to turnkey project execution, the company supplies solar equipment such as Solar PV modules, inverters, solar pump controllers, energy storage systems (Li-ion/Lead Acid), ACDB/DCDB, LT/HT panels, and wires and cables. Operationally, it started in Delhi and has executed installations across multiple Indian states including Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and West Bengal, including 17 major ground-mounted projects with total project value exceeding Rs. 19 crore and 500+ solar pumps installed in Haryana.
The company is planning an Initial Public Offer through a fresh issue of 29,76,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
