Om Galaxy Limited (formerly Om Galaxy Precision Mould Crafts Private Limited) was incorporated on October 8, 2008 in Mumbai. The company changed its name to Om Galaxy Private Limited on October 16, 2024, and was subsequently converted into a public limited company and renamed Om Galaxy Limited effective December 9, 2024.
The company’s core business is mould engineering and manufacturing, using specialised design software to develop moulds to client specifications with a focus on quality and consistency. Since 2008, it has primarily served pipe fittings and industrial mould requirements for building materials, including pipes, fittings, sanitaryware, and the plastic & polymer processing industry. Over time, it expanded its mould capabilities from initial 400–600 mm dimensions to larger, more complex moulds weighing up to 6–7 tons.
The company diversified into automotive applications in FY2019 by establishing OMG Auto, which manufactures precision moulds for plastic injection and blow moulding products used in automotive and auto components. In 2021, it incorporated a subsidiary, Infuse HRS, to manufacture hot runner systems used in plastic injection moulding.
In 2025, Om Galaxy identified a cleaning products division catering to household and various commercial and non-commercial establishments. The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans a fresh issue of 96,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each.
