Nxt-Infra Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust registered with SEBI, is sponsored by Actis Highway Infra Limited, part of the global Actis Group specializing in sustainable infrastructure. Managed by Walter Infra Manager Private Limited and Walter Infra Project Manager Private Limited, the Trust's initial portfolio includes six Project SPVs with 14 road stretches exceeding 2000 lane kilometers across Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The portfolio features a mix of toll and annuity assets, comprising both national and state highways.
Key projects include the completion of significant road enhancements such as the four-laning of NH-72A and NH-73 in Uttarakhand, eight-laning of NH-44 in Haryana, and the modernization of crucial economic corridors. The Trust successfully raised Rs 1520 Crores through an IPO in June 2024, offering 15.2 million units at Rs 100 per unit, aimed at expanding its infrastructure assets and improving connectivity across major Indian regions.
