About Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd The Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) was established in 1996 in Uttar Pradesh and is a special purpose vehicle promoted by Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) to implement the Delhi Noida Bridge Project on a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) basis. The company entered a concession agreement in 1997 to manage the toll bridge and associated facilities, and the Delhi Noida Toll Bridge became operational in February 2001. NTBCL has also overseen the construction of related infrastructure, such as the Ashram Flyover and the Mayur Vihar Link Road, enhancing traffic dispersion and connectivity.
NTBCL focuses on toll management and infrastructure operations, having incorporated ITNL Toll Management Services Ltd. in 2007 for O&M services across India. The company's ongoing innovations include upgrading toll technology to incorporate Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) technology by 2015-16, reflecting its commitment to modernizing payment systems. The strategic location and connectivity enhancements offered by NTBCL make it a significant player in regional transportation infrastructure.
