Nitin Alloys Global Ltd, part of the Kedia Group, specializes in manufacturing and selling alloy steel castings, focusing on centrifugal and high alloy steel castings for heat and corrosion resistance. Established in 1982 as Aditya Leasing Ltd, the company rebranded to its current name in 2006. It operates a manufacturing unit in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and a machining and fabrication workshop in Valsad, Gujarat. In 2007-08, Nitin Alloys expanded its production capacity from 1,200 MT to 3,000 MT. The company further diversified its product offerings by entering investment castings with a 10 MT monthly capacity plant in 2015. A significant corporate restructuring occurred during 2015-16, involving a Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Bombay High Court, which resulted in the demerger and vesting of its castings business into Rajshila Construction Private Limited.
