The company specializes in a comprehensive range of services, including security services, facility management, housekeeping, payroll management, event security, and electronic security solutions. It caters to a diverse clientele comprising major private sector players like Reliance Retail, HDFC Bank, and Torrent Power, as well as government institutions and airports across India.
Under the leadership of its promoters, Mr. Debajit Choudhury and Mrs. Rina Choudhury, the company expanded its offerings significantly. Mrs. Choudhury was instrumental in developing the facility management division, securing contracts with high-profile hospitality groups such as the Taj Group and Oberoi Grand. The company further diversified into electronic security services, setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary, NIS Facility Management Services Private Limited, to provide security solutions for State Governments and PSUs.
NIS Management has also contributed to workforce development through its subsidiary, Keertika Academy Private Limited. This entity, recognized as a partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), focuses on vocational training under schemes like DDU-GKY and PMKVY. These programs aim to empower the workforce and bridge skill gaps, further enhancing the company’s profile as a contributor to national development.
The company is currently planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 58,30,000 equity shares, comprising 46,64,000 fresh issues and 11,66,000 shares via Offer for Sale. This IPO signals NIS Management Limited's intent to accelerate growth and capitalize on its well-established presence across security, facility management, and skill development sectors.
