In May 2023, Nexus Select Trust launched an IPO, raising Rs 3200 Crore. It is committed to sustainability, evidenced by the 2024 launch of a 4.2 MW Hybrid Plant in Gujarat, meeting significant energy needs with renewables. The Trust invests in property enhancement and tenant mix optimization, positioning itself as a partner of choice for brands seeking to capitalize on India's consumption growth.
