The company initially ventured into manufacturing bulk drugs like 6 amino penicillinic acid, ampicillin trihydrate, and amoxycillin trihydrate at its facility in Ramnagar, Uttar Pradesh. In 1996, it raised capital through a public issue to support its manufacturing project.
In 1995, Newtime Infrastructure entered a MoU with Medicare Products, US, for exporting its pharmaceutical products, aiming to supply nearly 50% of its production to global markets, including Asia, Africa, and the Americas. In 2013-14, a significant change in ownership occurred when M/s Futurevision Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and Faith Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd acquired a 74.88% equity stake, making them the new promoters of the company.
