Initially incorporated as a private limited company, it was restructured into a public limited entity on February 1, 2024. The company operates under the brand name *Demac Steel* and has built a significant market presence within Kerala since its inception.
The company began its operations by acquiring M/s. Demac Steel in 2017, thereby inheriting its business on a going concern basis. Manufacturing activities commenced in 2018 following the installation of an electric resistance welding (ERW) tube mill with a capacity of 3,500 MT at its facility in Thrissur, Kerala. By 2019, the company expanded its production capacity to 7,500 MT with the installation of an additional ERW tube mill. In 2022, the company demonstrated its commitment to sustainability by investing in a 489.77 kWp solar plant in Poyya Village and Kodungallur Taluk.
