Nephrocare has grown significantly through strategic acquisitions and international expansion. In 2018, it acquired a 100% stake in DaVita Care (India) Private Limited, enhancing its domestic footprint. The company ventured into international markets in 2020 with the acquisition of Royal Care Dialysis Center, Inc. in the Philippines. Recently, in 2023, it acquired a six-clinic network with 35,000 annual treatments. In FY25, it expanded further by acquiring dialysis clinics, including AIZ Hemodialysis Center Inc., Bioregen Hemo Center Inc., and others, demonstrating its aggressive strategic consolidation.
The company is planning a fresh issue of shares worth ₹353.4 crore, involving 12,792,056 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each, through an offer for sale. This fundraising is likely aimed at fueling further growth of its operations and expanding its presence in the dialysis care market.
