Originally established as a private company in January 2020, it transitioned into a public limited entity in May 2024. The company focuses on casting and machining components for railway applications, including Bogie Components, Locomotive Components, and Railway track components. Initially, it began as a trading firm, supplying specific grades of raw materials to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) associated with Indian Railways.
The company expanded its scope when its Promoters, Himanshu Lohia and Subodh Lohia, identified an opportunity in machining railway components for OEMs. They set up operations in Rudrupur with CNC machines, machining parts such as casted, forged, and fabricated components before delivering them to OEMs according to specifications. Encouraged by favorable market responses, Neetu Yoshi Limited strengthened its manufacturing capabilities by establishing a production plant in Bhagwanpur in 2023. This expansion enhanced its technical expertise, infrastructure, and process capabilities.
A key highlight of the company is its certification as a vendor by the Research Design and Standards Organization (RDSO), which qualifies it to manufacture and supply over 25 casting products to Indian Railways, underscoring its reliability and industry-specific expertise. To further its expansion plans, Neetu Yoshi Limited is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of up to 1,10,00,000 equity shares through a fresh issue.
