Sponsored by NDR Warehousing Pvt Ltd, the Trust aims to generate sustainable rental income and expand its portfolio to meet unit holders' expectations. The Trust's diverse portfolio includes 33 warehouses comprising approximately 16.91 million square feet across 13 cities, with a focus on reliability and efficiency in logistics infrastructure.
In 2023, NDR InvIT Trust completed a significant warehouse project in Coimbatore, enhancing its appeal to the automobile industry. The Trust has launched an Initial Offer of up to 88 million units at Rs. 100 per unit, totaling Rs 880 crore, through a private placement. The offer includes a fresh issue of 69.41 million units and an offer for sale of 18.59 million units, aiming to raise capital for further growth and development.
