NDR Auto Components Limited (NACL), part of the Rohit Relan Group, was incorporated in 2019 to focus on the automobile seating business, following its demerger from Sharda Motor Industries Limited (SMIL). Based in Gurugram, with additional facilities in Bengaluru and Gujarat, NACL specializes in manufacturing seat frames, seat trims, and accessories for four- and two-wheeler vehicles, primarily supplying Bharat Seats Limited and Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The company employs advanced manufacturing technologies, including robotic welding and CNC machines, to ensure high-quality production standards.
Additionally, NACL is expanding its capabilities by producing Body in White (BIW) parts for automotive use and is setting up a new facility in Bengaluru to supply Toyota Boshoku Automotive India Private Limited. The company’s strategic moves, including the demerger arrangement approved in 2020, have expanded its industry footprint and strengthened its ties with key automotive partners.
