Mufin Green Finance Limited, formerly known as APM Finvest Limited, is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) engaged in investment and credit services. Incorporated on May 13, 2016, in Rajasthan, the company underwent a name change on July 15, 2022. Initially, it operated as a subsidiary of APM Industries Limited until a demerger effective April 1, 2018, which made it independent. Following a Scheme of Arrangement, APM Industries Limited's finance and investment operations were merged into the company, leading to the issuance of equity shares to its shareholders in June 2019.
In March 2022, Hindon Mercantile Limited and Shri Kapil Garg acquired a controlling stake of 67.75% in the company, thereby assuming management control. This acquisition marked a significant shift in the company's leadership and strategic direction. Mufin Green Finance Limited continues to focus on its investment and credit business, operating with a renewed identity and management.
