About Modi Naturals Ltd Modi Naturals Ltd, formerly Anil Modi Oil Industries Ltd, is a prominent manufacturer and marketer of oils and deoiled cakes, established in 1994. The company, originally founded with an edible oil factory in Punjab in 1974, has grown to become India's largest processor of Rice Bran. Expanding through strategic amalgamations, the company merged with Neha Oils Ltd. in 2002, and J. P. Management Systems Pvt Ltd in 2005. It further expanded its product line by launching several cooking oil brands, including Oleev Active and Oleev Health.
In recent years, Modi Naturals has diversified into the ready-to-cook segment with brands like Pipo and Mix'In, and expanded its offerings under the Oleev kitchen brand with products like peanut butter and pasta. In 2021, the company established Modi Biotech Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on ethanol production, with operations commencing in Raipur, Chhattisgarh in 2023.
