Metalic Technoforge Limited (formerly Metalic Technoforge Private Limited, incorporated on October 04, 2016) is a Rajkot, Gujarat–based manufacturer of closed die forged and precision machined components. The company converted to a public limited entity and changed its name to Metalic Technoforge Limited pursuant to a fresh certificate dated August 06, 2025.
The company supplies components to automotive and non-automotive end markets such as farming equipment, construction machinery, hydraulic applications, commercial vehicles, and general engineering. Its product range includes gear components, transmission shafts, forged and machined components, hydraulic components, and other engineering parts. The portfolio includes complex and safety-critical items such as big rings, small rings, ball studs, gear blanks with broaching, gears, and coupling assemblies, serving customers in India and overseas.
Manufacturing is carried out through a facility in Rajkot comprising four units—three operational units supporting current production and Unit IV currently vacant and proposed for future capital expansion. The business started with a 1.5 MT hammer machine across 960 sq. meters, expanded capacity in 2019 with an additional 1 MT hammer, and added forging and CNC processing machinery. Between 2019 and 2025, it expanded total manufacturing area to about 5,968.51 sq. meters, with an installed forging and machining capacity of 6,800 metric tons per annum. In 2024, it diversified into manufacturing gears and shafts with modern precision gear machinery.
The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 64,88,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
