Mayur Leather Products Ltd, established in 1987 and converted to a public limited company in 1995, specializes in manufacturing and exporting leather shoes and shoe uppers from its facility in Jaitpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Initially focusing on natural and synthetic leather shoe uppers, the company expanded into producing PU shoes in 2006.
In 2009-10, Mayur Leather Products collaborated with Germany's UVEX and embarked on projects for Vulka Shoe production, alongside full shoe production for Heekel Securite, France, further enhancing its international presence. Additionally, the company diversified into the hospitality sector, adjusting its Memorandum of Association to include activities related to hotels and restaurants. This strategic expansion led to the establishment of two restaurants and a banquet hall in the city center, reflecting a broadening of its business interests beyond its traditional leather manufacturing operations.
