About Maple Infrastructure Trust Indian Highway Concessions Trust is an infrastructure investment trust in India, primarily focused on road sector projects. Sponsored by Maple Highways Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of CDPQ Infrastructures Asia Pte. Ltd., and ultimately part of Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec (CDPQ), the Trust operates under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, and is registered with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). The Trust's governance structure includes Axis Trustee Services Limited as Trustee, Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited as Investment Manager, and Maple Highway Project Management Private Limited as Project Manager. Formed to invest in road infrastructure assets in India, the Trust manages its projects through special purpose vehicles. With a robust management team and a proven track record in managing large assets, Maple Highways is positioned for growth, currently proposing an Initial Offer of 91 million units through a private placement, raising up to Rs 910 Crore.
