Renamed several times, it became a public limited company in May 2022. Known for its strong regional presence, the company operates 13 showrooms across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, positioning itself as a leader in design, quality, transparency, and customer service. Founded by the late Mr. Manoj Kumar Grandhi, Vaibhav Jewellers began its journey in 1994 with a showroom in Visakhapatnam and expanded steadily, launching the flagship 'V Square' store in 2007.
In recent years, Vaibhav Jewellers has diversified its sales channels by launching the 'Visesha' brand and expanding into e-commerce. The company is now planning an IPO to raise up to Rs 210 Crore, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale of 4.3 million equity shares, aimed at further capitalizing on its established market position.
