Manika Plastech Limited (formerly Manika Moulds Private Limited, incorporated April 25, 1996) is a design-led, precision-engineered manufacturer of rigid polymer packaging. The company changed its name to Manika Plastech Private Limited in April 2022 and converted into a public company as Manika Plastech Limited in December 2024.
It manufactures injection moulded rigid polymer components for multiple end-use industries, including energy storage, dairy and edible food products, paints, and chemicals. Key products include precision battery casings used in energy storage systems, pails for paints, lubricants and industrial chemicals, and food-grade thinwall containers for packaging and distribution of dairy and edible products.
Manufacturing began in 1999 at its Saily unit (Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu). It has since expanded its operating footprint with facilities added over time: Dehradun (2008), Hosur (2010), paint pails diversification (2012), Una (2017), an additional Dehradun unit (2021), Dadra (2023), thinwall container diversification (2023), and painting facilities in Hosur (2024) and Panipat (2024).
The company is planning an initial public issue to raise Rs 115 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares (face value Rs 2 each) and an offer for sale of 15,000,000 equity shares.
